Public Act 99-590

PA 99-590 required each school district in the State to report to ISBE information concerning the administration of assessments to students at each school building.  ISBE stopped sending the survey to all district in 2019-2020. The 2019-2020 information can be found by going to the link below, clicking on "2019-2020 Assessment Survey Tracker" and scrolling down to Salt Fork.
