Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act
The State of Illinois Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act requires employers to notify employees which Essential Health Benefits are and are not covered by their employer-provided group health coverage. See the attached spreadsheet for a listing of Essential Health Benefits.
